World Leading Expertise in Emotional Health

Workshops are delivered by Dr. Anne Hsu, founder of Emotional Health Essentials and creator of Emotional Health Essentials. Dr. Hsu has a PhD in neuroscience and is an associate professor at Queen Mary, University of London. Her research topics include behaviour change, motivational psychology and wellbeing. She is an accredited workplace mediator with the OCN.
